Within Zambia the conservation and environmental sectors are very small compared to other much larger Zambian industries. Normally only a few jobs and internships become available each month.
Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic employers are not seeking as many new employees as usual. Often organisations seek help from volunteers for their hands on projects, but because of the MOH advice on no gatherings, these projects have been postponed.
